Supporting the Men's First Team allows us to play our part in the senior footballing community in Tiverton, while our support of the Under 18s helps provide opportunities for younger players as they develop towards senior football.
We are also particularly proud to support Tiverton Town Ability Counts.
Football should be accessible to everyone, regardless of ability, and inclusive football provides an opportunity for players to enjoy the game, build friendships, develop confidence and represent their community.
For Diamond, supporting Ability Counts is an important part of our commitment to supporting football across the whole community.
Supporting Twyford Spartans
Our involvement with local football also extends into grassroots youth football through our sponsorship of Twyford Spartans Youth Football Club, including the Under 15s and Under 11's.
Twyford Spartans has been part of the Tiverton community since 1975 and provides football opportunities for boys and girls across a wide range of age groups.
The club is about far more than what happens on a Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon. It provides young people with the opportunity to make friends, develop confidence, learn about teamwork and enjoy being part of a local community.
As an England Football Accredited three-star club and registered charity, Twyford Spartans relies heavily on the commitment of its coaches, volunteers, committee members and parents.

Football is part of the Diamond family
Our relationship with local football goes considerably deeper than sponsorship.
There is a genuine family connection between Diamond Estate Agents and Twyford Spartans.
Our Managing Director, Mark, is Chairman of Tiverton Town Football Club and is also involved in grassroots football as a manager and coach with Twyford Spartans as he coaches the Twyford Spartans Under 15s and Under 11s Gladiators, with his sons, Harry and Alfie, both playing for Twyford Spartans.
Our Sales Director, Nick, is also heavily involved in grassroots football with his son Cody also playing for Twyford Spartans U11's along with Nick doing some of their social media.
So when we talk about supporting local football, we genuinely mean it.
Our own families are standing on the touchline, coaching teams, helping clubs and watching their children enjoy the game alongside hundreds of other local families.

We understand the work that goes into running a senior football club.
We understand the commitment required from youth coaches.
We understand the hours volunteers put in behind the scenes.

Supporting the football pathway
One of the things we particularly value about supporting both Tiverton Town and Twyford Spartans is being able to contribute to football at different stages.
At grassroots level, children are given the opportunity to discover the game and develop their skills.
As they progress through the age groups, they learn about teamwork, responsibility, resilience and competition.
For some, that journey may eventually lead towards youth and senior football with Tiverton Town.
For others, football will simply remain something they enjoy with friends and teammates.
Both are equally valuable.
Football isn't just about the players who eventually reach the first team. It is about the thousands of children, parents, coaches, volunteers and supporters who make the local game possible.
