Inventory / schedule of condition: To be quoted based on property size

Property ownership / AML checks / enhanced due diligence: £75.00 + VAT

Rent Protection and Legal Cover available at additional cost of £300.00 per annum

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) From £110

Gas Safety Certificate from £100 per tenancy

PAT testing from £1100-£250 per property

EICR Electrical Installation report from £200-£450 per property

Legionella risk assessment from £72 per tenancy

Installation of smoke alarms & carbon monoxide alarms from £50 per tenancy

If a Tenant introduced by the Agent vacates within six (6) months of the tenancy start date:
