Emergency repair approval limit (without Landlord consent): £200 + VAT (£240 inc. VAT) per occurrence

Inventory / schedule of condition: To be quoted based on property size

Property ownership / AML checks / enhanced due diligence: £75 + VAT (£90 inc. VAT)

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) From £110

Gas Safety Certificate from £100 + VAT (£120 inc. VAT) per certificate

PAT testing from £110 + VAT ( £132 inc. VAT) -£250 + VAT (£300 inc. VAT) per property

EICR Electrical Installation report from £200 + VAT (£240 inc. VAT)-£450 + VAT (£540 inc. VAT) per property

Legionella risk assessment from £60 + VAT (£72 inc. VAT) per certificate.

Installation of smoke alarms & carbon monoxide alarms from £50 + VAT ( £60 inc. VAT) per property

Re-let fee:

If a Tenant introduced by the Agent vacates within six (6) months of the tenancy start date:
